A1 | Oh my God! The model was arrived damage. It’s one in a thousand that a merchandise arrives damaged. However, if it was happened, please contact our Customer Service at service@tech-sov.com directly. Try to get damage proof from the shipping carrier and take a picture of both the package and inside item. We will get back to you as soon as possible. No return authorization, please don't send the product back. |

A2 | Please include your order number in all communications. 1. If a package arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. 2. If you have already accepted delivery and then discovered shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material, accessories, manual and invoice, do not throw anything away! 3. If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize the chance of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. 4. If the item you wish to return is malfunctioned/not operational, but has no apparent damage, it may be considered defective. Please send us a message first to describe the defective and so on. We shall give you further assistance. If it will cause any handling fee, we shall talk with you then. 5. When ordering parts, please make sure that the parts order will fit your model. Please note that it’s consumers’ responsibility. Before placing an order, you may check parts listed on the website or email so we can answer your question to provide you the best help. *Returns* Merchandise must be new and unused condition. We cannot and will not accept return used items. They must contain all original boxes, packaging, paperwork etc. Items will be shipped back by purchaser’s account (we suggest a form where it may be tracked and a signature such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or EMS). Once item is received, we will inspect and make sure no any missing or damaged items. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping cost to us is your responsibility. |
